No Refund Policy

Effective Date: Immediately

Applies To: All services, digital products, physical products, classes, certifications, course enrollments, and corporate training programs offered by The Heart Safety Nurse.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our services and products — including CPR training, certification courses, digital materials, downloadable content, physical training supplies, and professional consulting — all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once payment is submitted, no refunds, returns, or chargebacks will be accepted.

2. Classes, Courses & Certifications

All class registrations (in-person or online), CPR certifications, blended learning programs, and corporate training bookings are non-refundable, regardless of attendance.

Clients may request to reschedule a class within the allowable time frame, subject to availability.

Missed classes without prior notice are forfeited.

3. Digital Products

All digital files, workbooks, online course materials, videos, downloads, and templates are not eligible for refunds under any circumstance due to immediate access being granted at purchase.

4. Physical Products

All CPR kits, mannequins, face shields, first-aid items, training masks, and other physical products are final sale.

For defective items, an exchange may be offered only if the item arrives damaged and evidence is provided within 48 hours.

5. Corporate Trainings & Travel Bookings

All corporate CPR training contracts, travel fees, lodging fees, and instructor bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

If a company needs to adjust training dates, rescheduling may be offered if requested at least 14 days in advance and based on instructor availability.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating false chargebacks or disputes is considered a breach of contract.

 

The Heart Safety Nurse reserves the right to:

 

Provide all documentation to the payment processor

Suspend all client access

Decline future services

7. Client Responsibility

By making a purchase, booking a class, or accessing any service, the client acknowledges they have:

Reviewed all details of the service

Agreed to all terms

Accepted this No Refund Policy willingly

8. Exceptions

There are no exceptions to this policy unless required by law.
